Accredited Safeguarding Courses coming soon
Working with children and vulnerable adults can be one of the most rewarding things you can do. It can also be the most stressful when it comes to keeping them, and you, safe in the modern world.
The outdoor environment has its fair share of situations which can present safeguarding issues; camping on public campsites or in remote places, changing in changing rooms or outdoors, fitting and checking safety equipment, giving first aid in remote areas, and taking them to unfamiliar places that my push their comfort zone. It is important to remember that safeguarding can also include events that are happening outside of your contact with them.
Taking an accredited training course will enable you to be able to help protect these vulnerable groups while keeping you safe, and give you the skills to deal with safeguarding issues should they arise or be disclosed.
We will be offering our accredited Safeguarding courses shortly, so watch this space, and we’ll keep you up to date.
