Gain the skills you need to be able to deal with accidents and injuries in the outdoors or at home, and get the confidence to be able to help the people around you.

The REC Outdoor Emergency First Aid 2 Day course is designed to be the perfect course for anybody whose activities take them into the outdoors or more remote situations, such as walking, climbing, biking, paddling, or anything else you can think of. It is recognised by all the major outdoor National Governing Bodies, making it suitable for validating NGB qualifications such as those from; MTA, British Canoeing, RYA, British Cycling, BASI, and many more.

The course combines classroom learning with outdoor training scenarios to place the emphasis real world situations which you may be faced with as part of your outdoor activities. As well as first aid skills, it includes incident management skills to enable you to treat the casualty effectively when presented with external factors such as environmental hazards, remote locations and other group members.
