Go coasteering with a little something extra; an awesome activity you can’t find anywhere else in the country!
The Chain Walk is completely unique and one of Scotlands best kept coastal secrets; a mix of coasteering, scrambling and Via Ferrata. The chains work their way along the coastal rocks in the tidal zone, so you’ll be traversing along ledges, scrambling over rocky outcrops, and exploring caves. And as it’s the scrambling version of the chain walk you can be sure of getting to do all these things on the coast without getting your feet wet (hopefully)!
The changing tides mean that we can pick a level of challenge perfect for your group. And you’d better keep a good lookout for all the sea life along the route; not just in the rock pools but also seals ducking and diving right at the water’s edge!
For those feeling a bit more adventurous, you can turn the Chain Walk into a coasteering trip, jumping into the sea, swimming across bays and watching out for the wildlife under the water.
