Bush Craft is all about learning to live with nature, using what’s around us and respecting our environment. Our mini-adventure is designed to give people an insight into the world of Bushcraft & Survival and develop their understanding of the natural environment while working as a team to ensure their survival. Most importantly though you’ll be having a tonne of fun playing in the outdoors!
Depending on the location and group the activities covered can include a range of bushcraft skills at different levels to suit, including; building shelters out of things that you find or are carrying with you, being able to signal for help if you are in a survival situation, gathering fuel to light fires for cooking food and warming drinks, foraging for clean water or wild food, building tools to make life in the wilderness that little bit easier, and learning about the landscape that surrounds us and how to make the most of it without damaging it.
Here is a quick guide to what you need to bring with you for the activity. A full kit list is included with your information pack provided after booking.
- Sturdy Trainers Or Walking Boots
- Warm Layers
- Snacks/Meals & Drinks (These May Not Be Available At The Location)
