When someone’s lost and in need of help in the outdoors, who should they call?… You!
Take on the role of a search and rescue team out looking for people who have gotten into trouble in the outdoors. This is a great way for groups to get out and have fun with a bunch of adventure activities while needing to stay focused and work together as a team towards completing a vital task.
A series of challenges will replicate the sort of challenges that a real Search & Rescue team would face when carrying out their life saving work. You will need to navigate your way to the search area, gather information on where the people may be, choose methods to comb the area as a team to find the casualties. Once you find them then the real rescue can start; looking after the casualties and treating their injuries before having to carefully transport them across challenging terrain to safety.
After that it’s back to your base for tea and medals to celebrate yet another successful mission!
